These terms govern your use of Promestic. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By signing up or using Promestic you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a responsible adult) and that you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in credentials safe, and for activity that happens under your account. Don't share your password.
3. Acceptable use
Use Promestic only for managing your own household, training, or recruitment activities. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape data, impersonate other people, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and documents you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content to the people you've chosen to share it with (e.g. your linked employer or worker).
5. Suspension and closure
You can deactivate your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, present a security risk, or harm other users.
6. Service availability and liability
Promestic is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to fees you have paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
